During this online evaluation, you will be asked questions about your chief complaint, medical history, and current symptoms. A personalized treatment plan will be created to assist you in achieving improved health. The evaluation takes about 30 minutes and can be completed virtually from the privacy of your own home.

Pricing:

  • Consultation with Prescription Sent to Your Pharmacy: $150

  • The price of the prescriptions are not included in visit.

Treatment may be deferred based on the consultation. No narcotic pain medication or cough medication prescribed.

  • While our telehealth services do not accept insurance, you may utilize your insurance for any prescriptions that might be issued for your condition at your local pharmacy.
